Video can be filmed only in the gym, no category "Home". Videos have to uploaded here until May 15 at the latest.
There is a minimum programme for individual gymnasts in each category, but all gymnasts can perform with maximum 4 exercises by choice for additional fee of 10 euros per exercise.
Rankings for individual gymnasts will be separate by year of birth for gymnasts born 2009 and younger and done per apparatus for all categories.
Please note that participating teams without a judge will be charged a penalty of 50 euros.
When registering an aesthetic gymnastics group, please indicate type of programme (short or long) and age category in the name of your group.
