We are very pleased to invite you to the 7th INTERNATIONAL RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS TOURNAMENT ‘TRAKIA CUP’ and Prize ‘MARIA PETROVA’.

Friday-05.06.20-arrival of delegation and accommodation, Technical Meeting
Saturday-06.06.20 -Meeting for the judges, competition day and banquet
Sunday-07.06.20 – Competition, Awarding ceremony
Monday- 08.06.20 -Departure of delegations
Awarding:
1st- 3th place – cups, medals and diplomas
4th- 8th place – diplomas
Diplomas, medals for participating and presents for all the gymnasts.
Each club can qualify 1 gymnast, SC “Trakia” can qualify 2 gymnasts as a host at All around and finals for each category.
Delegation:
1 coach and 1 judge/Obligatory – For missing judge 50€
Unlimited gymnasts for each category
Starting fee:
35€ each individual gymnast
50€ per group
50€ for those not staying at the hotel of race
Starting fees and extra fees shall be paid during the technical meeting.
Accommodation:
Hotel – bed and breakfast, lunch, dinner
For gymnast and other members of the delegation - 40€per person per day
Extra persons - 50€ per day
Single room - 60€ per day
Transport:
Transfer from airport to the hotel and back - 15€ per person
Transport from the hotel to the sports hall and back – Free
Expenses:
All expenses for accommodation, entries, travel expenses, medical insurance and visa (if applicable) are to be brought by participating teams.
Payment upon arrival or by bank transfer.
Insurance:
This is compulsory and in the responsibility of each participant. SC “Trakia” will not accept any responsibility what so ever.
Additional information:
All gymnasts are welcomed to participate in Gala program with performance of max 3min.
Final banquet is 10€ per each who does not accommodate in official hotels.

Nominative registration: 17.05.2020
Accommodation form: 12.04.2020
Travel schedule form: 17.05.2020
All payments (accommodation, entry fee, transport or for missing judge) -Upon arrival or by bank transfer
