The event will be organized under the following FIG rules, as valid in the year of the event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives:

Delegation may consist of:
Individual:
1 judge (for FIG competition Seniors and Juniors min. international brevet IV )
1 coach
4 gymnasts junior and 4 gymnasts seniors
Groups:
5 - 6 gymnasts
1 judge (for FIG competition Seniors and Juniors min. international brevet IV is required)
1 coach

AGE LIMITS
|
RGI: Junior 13-15 years
RGI: Senior 16 + years (born in 2001 or before)
All gymnasts must have a valid FIG Licenses , until the end of the event

ENTRY FEES
|
The Entry fee for this event will be:
40 EUR\ gymnast
130 EVR\group
The Entry fee for the competition must be paid in cash at arrival.

ACCREDITATION
|
Accreditation of all delegations will take place upon arrival in the hotel. Heads of delegation have to bring to accreditation office:
- Certification of insurance for all delegation members, covering illness, accidents, repatriation
- Gymnasts’ licences
- 1 CD’s for each gymnasts’ music

Indvidual competition.
For Senior - Apparatus Finals
(8 best gymnasts on each of the 4 apparatus, 1 per country)
For Junior - Apparatus Finals
(8 best gymnasts on each of the 4 apparatus, 1 per country)
Groups competition:
For Senior - 6 groups of the best groups
(max 2 groups per country)

VISA
|
Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Israel. The organizing committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made before 30.09.17to the LOC.
The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to.

MEDICAL SERVICES
|
Medical services provided in the gym by LOC
First Aid and physiotherapist

INSURANCE
|
The Host Federation, the Local organizing committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like.
The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation.
The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members
(e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy).
Delegation members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the LOC in advance.

INternational TRANSPORTATION
|
The invited participating federations must pay for the travel costs of
their delegation members to/from Israel.
The LOC will cover the transportation to/from hotel to/from the
Competition Hall.
Transfer from airport to hotel and departure: 40 EURO(the cost must be paid at arrival by cash )

|
ACCOMMODATION
|
The invited participating federations must pay for the accommodation
expenses of their delegation members.
The accommodation costs are :
Triple room - 45 EURO per person per night
Double room - 50 EURO per person per night
Single room – 75 EURO per person per night
This includes staying in a room with breakfast day of stay
The LOC will host a lunch box for all participants and the banquet dinner on the day of the competition
50% of the cost of the accommodations must pay be transfer until 14/10/17 to the following account number:

MEALS
|
Breakfast at the hotel.
During the days of competition Lunch will be at the Competition Hall.

JUDGES AND JURIES
|
All Judges must have a current valid FIG brevet at the time of the eventbrevet for the respective discipline (RGI and /or RGG).
