ENTRY FEES
|
35 euro per gymnast
60 euro per group
**The Entry fee for the competition must be paid in cash at arrival Gymnast who compete in individual program may participate in group exercises if pay both entrance fees

ACCOMMODATION
|
CITY HOSTEL
Address: Radnicka 21, Novi Sad Serbia 20 euro pn/pp
Accommodation: rooms with half board
There are bathrooms with hydro-massage showers, a fully equipped kitchen and an air conditioned common room with FREE lockers, LCD TV, DVD player, FREE WiFi

TRANSPORTATION
|
The organizer will provide transportation of your delegation from the Belgrade airport “Nikola Tesla” to Novi Sad (90km) and back, that will cost 35 EUR per person.
|
|
INSURANCE
|
All delegations are responsible to have the necessary coverage in case of accidents or illness.
Organizers are not responsible for any liability in case of accident; therefore all participants are advised to look for and provide adequate insurance cover.
|
|
OFFICIAL FLAG
|
Please bring with you on technical meeting the official flag of your country .
|
|
MUSIC
|
All music must be recorded on CD’s in mp3 format (clearly labeled with the gymnast’s or group name, club, country, apparatus and category) for each exercise
|
|
AWARDING
|
All participating gymnasts will receive diplomas and presents
All categories awarding in all around and 1st to 3rd place by each apparatus
|
|
BEST COACH AWARDING
|
1st place: 150 Euro 2nd place: 100 Euro 3rd place: 50 Euro
Note: prize money is free of any taxes or other deductions
B light category get 1 point per participation
Must have contestants in three categories for prizing (individual or group)
If there is more than one contestant in the same category only the best one is counted for this award.
In category with two routines only the best one is counted
In case of equal points, higher category points decide the winner.
