Club / federation to attend the 8th' edition of the International Rhythmic gymnastic Tournament "Sea cup" 2017
This will be held in Ashdod, Israel on 26-27 May 2017

Delegation:
Delegations will consist of maximum 8 persons:
- 6 individual gymnasts (preferably different age category)
Please notice that all Senior and Junior Gymnasts at A level need to have FIG licenses.
- 1 judge obligatory ( Min 4 FIG current valid FIG brevet )
- 1 coach
Costs:
- Registration fee: 40$ per gymnasts
- The accommodation cost for the competition dates (15-28/05/17), min 3 nights for this price:
Single room – 105$ person/night
Double room – 64$ person/night
Triple room– 51$ person/nigh
Any additional night in double/triple room will cost 75$ per person
- The organizer is not covering traveling costs of delegations nor any other expenses made during the stay.
- Price per Additional person, (gymnasts, coaches and other person ) 75$ per person/night
It will not be possible to cenacle your original reservation of the hotel after your arrival
Please notice that the check-in time to the hotel is 14:00
Transportation:
- Organizer will provide transport of your delegation from “Ben-Gurion” International Airport, to the hotel and back.
- The organizer is also providing the transport from the hotel to the competition hall and back.
Meals:
- Breakfast will take place in the hotel
- At the competition their will be given a food package (sandwich, fruit, energy bar, yogurt) for the competitors.
All costs have to be paid upon arrival
Forms:
Please bring with you 8 copies of each form for each Gymnast routine
Insurance:
All the participants should be insured. The hosting club will not take any responsibility to gymnasts’ accidents. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation

Finals will be for A level competition only!
First 7 gymnasts in each apparatus of the all-round competition will participate in the finals
Maximum 1 gymnast per country.
The organizing club (Maccabi Ashdod) can add 1 gymnast in every final.
Awarding:
- Awarding ceremony will be held for each year of birth and for each apparatus separately
Gala:
On Saturday May 27th 2017, there will be a small Gala. Gymnasts are welcome to present 1 short exhibition, In solo or in group exercise.
Prices:
- The winners in every category will receive Medals.
