Dear friends,
On behalf of the Organising Committee AmsterdaMMasters I am very pleased to invite you to the AmsterdaMMasters 2017 individual and group tournament Rhythmic Gymnastics which shall be held on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th May 2017 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
PARTICIPANTS
Participation in the AmsterdaMMasters is possible for junior groups, senior groups and senior individuals (all according to FIG programme). All participants must be members of a FIG member federation in good standing.

The programme, including Amsterdam Sightseeing tour and timetable are subject to the number of participants. The definitive timetable will be handed over to the Head of Delegation upon arrival.

COSTS
All delegation members will have to pay for their own hotel and travel expenses to and from Amsterdam. The Organising Committee will provide a shuttle service from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to the hotel and vice versa and from the hotel to the competition hall and vice versa as from Thursday 4th May up to and including Monday 8th May 2017. Costs of the shuttle services on these days shall be borne by the Organising Committee (for official delegation members only).

Above mentioned price is including breakfast, lunch, dinner and shuttle services.
Should a delegation decide to stay in another hotel than the hotel selected by the Organising Committee, additional charges will apply for lunch and dinner. We will not provide shuttle services to and from another hotel. Should your delegation wish to arrive prior to Thursday 4th May 2017 and/or leave later than Monday 8th May 2017, the additional hotel nights and shuttle services should be arranged for by the delegation.

Delegation members can join us on an optional Amsterdam sightseeing tour Saturday evening or Sunday morning (€ 10 per delegation member).
All costs have to be paid into the bank account of the AmsterdaMMasters.
We require 50% of the costs on 1st March 2017 and 100% before 24th March 2017.
Any bank transfer fees must be paid for by the respective delegations.

The Organising Committee shall not be responsible for and shall not bear any costs in respect of any persons that are not a member of the official delegation.
No refund is possible for cancellations after 31st March 2017.
COMPETITION
The competition will be organised in accordance with the FIG Code of Points.
Group Competition
All round competition senior groups (FIG, 5 Hoops and 3 Balls-2 Ropes)
All round competition junior groups (FIG, 12 Clubs)
Apparatus finals group competition senior gymnasts
• The best eight senior groups per apparatus qualify for each final
• If applicable, the Dutch senior group will be added to the final
Apparatus finals group competition junior gymnasts

Individual Competition
All round competition senior gymnasts (FIG)
Apparatus finals senior gymnasts
• The best six gymnasts per apparatus qualify for each final
• If applicable, the best Dutch gymnast per apparatus will be added to the final as number seven
Music
The music use of the participants for the exercises should be recorded on CD. For each exercise a separate CD has to be presented. The CD’s have to be handed over during the first training on the competition floor. Each CD should be marked with the participant’s name, the name of the federation and the apparatus.
VISA
Please check in time whether your delegation needs a visa for the entry into the Netherlands. All delegations need to arrange for their own visa. Should you require any help, please let us know.
INSURANCE
Participation is at own risk. The insurance is the responsibility of the individual participants or their delegations/clubs. The AmsterdaMMasters is not responsible for accidents, theft or loss of money, goods or other property of persons.
