We are thrilled to announce the sixth edition of our International Invitational Competition in the exciting city of Las Vegas!

Participants: All USA JO and FIG Categories and ages, no limit of participants per team! Overseas

Scholarships: $1000 – 1st AA ranked Lv. 10 Senior/FIG Senior athlete;
$1000 – 1st AA ranked Lv. 10 Junior/FIG Junior athlete;
$250 – 1st AA ranked Lv. 9 Senior/FIG Senior athlete
$250 - 1st AA ranked Lv. 9 Junior/FIG Junior athlete;

Registration: Will close once we reach full capacity
Entry Fees*: Level 3 - $80.00, Level 4 - $90.00, Level 5 - $100.00, Level 6 - $100.00, Level
7 – $140.00, Level 8 - $140.00, Level 9 -$145, 10 - $145;
JO Groups - $90 per routine; FIG Groups $100 per routine
* No refunds will be issued
Payments: One check per team payable to EuroGymnastics Inc. no later than November 6th

Level 7-10 Forms: E-mail your forms to: LVInvitational@gmail.com by January 8th, 2016 with subject line “Scripts, name of the Gym, the gymnast and her level”. Each file should be named “Gym, gymnast, level, apparatus”;
Late Fee/Form Changes $30.00 per athlete

Music: E-mail your MP3 files to: LVInvitational@gmail.com by January 8th, 2016 with subject line “Music files, name of the Gym and the Gymnast”. Name MP3 files as: “Athlete-Level-Apparatus-Gym”. Example: “Cindy Johnson – Lv. 5 – Hoop – EuroGymnastics”. We can’t stress enough the importance of E-mailing the music files of your athlete – it will ensure that there will be no misreading of CDs, no embarrassment for athletes and coaches, no delays of the competition, so we can all enjoy Vegas to the fullest!!!

Admission: $25 Adult /day, $15 Senior (65 years and up)/day, $5 Child (12 years and younger).

Tentative Schedule: Will be posted by November 30th, 2015

Parking Information: Free parking.

Travel Information: Teams are responsible for their own travel arrangements and cost. Ground transportation will be provided only for the Judges provided that they stay at the designated host hotel. Ground transportation tip - when booking your air fare, look into package deals - air fare + Car or visit hotwire for great rental car deals.

Accommodation: Teams are financially responsible for their own accommodation.

Foreign Athletes Visa: We will be happy to provide you with a support letter for your visa
application should you need one

Foreign Athletes USA Gymnastics Registration and Fee: Please note that $30 foreign
athlete/coach/judge fee is due directly to USAG upon registration. For your convenience we are
attaching the USAG form you need to fill out and fax to: 1.317.692.5212. We encourage you to also
call the toll free number 1 .800. 345.4719 to confirm that your fax was received. Please notify us
when you sent the fax.
