We would like to invite YOU heartily to the  International tournament “Miss Summer”, that would be held in Kaunas on June 10^th – 13^th, 2016.

We would be glad if You participated in our tournament.

Arrival             – Friday, June 10^th

Meeting            – Friday, June 10^th, 19⁰⁰

Competition     – Saturday, June 11^th

Banquet           – Saturday, June 11^th, 20⁰⁰

Competition     – Sunday, June 12^th

Performance    – Sunday, June 12^th,

Departure         – Sunday and Monday, 13^th –14^th June

Delegations

Delegation consists of maximum 8 persons:

– of max 6 individual gymnasts (in different age categories A or B level) from 9 age groups:

• Senior      2000 and older
• Junior       2001
• Junior       2002        
• Junior       2003            
• Pre–Junior         2004
• Pre–Junior         2005
• Children   2006
• Children   2007
• Children   2008 and younger

– group gymnasts (2009 and younger gymnasts):
– 1 coach,
– 1 judge.

Every participating team should prepare at least 1 performance.

Accommodation

All accommodation costs (~30 € per person per day in double room) are at the charge of participating club (breakfast included).  On arrival day will be organized banquet for judges and coaches as well as dinner for gymnasts. Lunch (sandwiches) will be provided by the organization in the competition hall on Saturday and Sunday (11^th and 12^th of June).

Start fee

Registration fee – 30 € per gymnast.

If club would like to participate with more than 6 gymnasts (in individual competition), the registration fee – 40 € for extra person. Start fee for group competition – 60 €. All costs have to be paid upon arrival.

Transportation

Organizer will provide transportation from Vilnius or Kaunas airports (cost 10 Euro from/to Vilnius), Kaunas railway and bus station. Competition hall is 100 meter far from the hotel.

Insurance

All participants should have their own health insurance.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM

AWARDS

Winners of the “Miss Summer” will be awarded with cups, medals and diplomas. On the podium (top 3 gymnasts) can be maximum 2 gymnasts from one country in one age category.  Also the organizers will award Miss Summer, Miss Elegance, Miss Grace, Miss Hope and Miss Expression with special prizes.

All the participants will be awarded certificate of participation and presents.
