We have the great pleasure to invite you to International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament „EAST CUP”, which will be held on 29-30 May 2021 – Namangan, Uzbekistan.

Delegation: The delegation consists of:
– judge 1
– coach 1
– gymnasts (unlimited)
– head of delegation 1
Schedule: 27 May – arrival of the delegations and accommodation.
28 May - training in the competition hall, technical meeting
for judges
29 May – judges’ meeting, competitions for individual and
group exercises, Opening ceremony, Award ceremony,
30 May – competitions for individual and group exercises
Award ceremony, Gala, banquet
31 May–Departure of delegations
Entries: Definitive Registration 25.03.2021
Accommodation Form 25.04.2021
Visa Request Form 01.05.2021
Nominative Registration 10.05.2021
Travel Schedule Form 15.05.2021
Music: 2 CD or USB for each routine
(According to the FIG Code of Points, 2017-2020)
Entry fee: 35 $ per gymnast +5$ for group
Hotel: The accommodation will be in Hotel «Namangan»
Hotel “ Namangan” 40$ per day per person (breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
¨ The travel expenses and accommodation have to be paid by the participants
All costs have to be paid upon arrival
Organizers transport service from Tashkent International Airport to the railway station and back.
Awards: The 1st places Cups in every category.
The 2nd -3d places receive a Diploma and Medals.
The 4th – 8th place – Diplomas
All the participants will receive presents, and special
winners: Miss Original, Miss Smile, Miss Artistic, Miss
Gracious.
Insurance : All participants should have their own Health & Accident insurance as the organizer is not responsible.
Note:
¨ Gymnasts are welcome to participate in the Gala – program with performance of max 3 minutes.
¨The organizers have the right to participate with unlimited number of gymnasts, but only 2 of them will be in the classification.
¨ If you would like, we can organize excursions by Namangan
