We have the great pleasure to invite you to International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament „YOUTH CUP”, which will be held on 20-21 June in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Delegation: The delegation consists of:
– judge 1(Team without judge pay 50$)
– coach 1
– gymnasts (max. 2 in different age categories)
– head of delegation 1
Schedule: 18 June – arrival of the delegations and accommodation.
19 June - training in the competition hall, technical
meeting for judges
20 June – judges’ meeting, 1 competition day
Opening ceremony, Award ceremony,
21 June – 2 competition day, Award
ceremony, Gala, banquet
22 June –Departure of delegations

Music: 2 CD for each routine or flash cards
Entry fee: 40 $ per gymnast, 50 $ per group (40 $ for extra gymnast)
Hotel: The accommodation will be announced later
¨ The travel expenses and accommodation have to be paid by the participants
All costs have to be paid upon arrival
“Youth Union sport center” will organize transport service from Tashkent International Airport to the hotel and back, to gym and back. (If you don’t stay in our suggested hotel- fine 100 dollars per team)
Awards: The 1st places Cups and Medals in every category.
The 2nd -3d places will receive a Diploma and Medals.
The 4th – 8th place – Diplomas
All the participants will receive presents, and special winners:
Miss Original, Miss Smile, Miss Artistic, Miss Gracious.
Insurance : All participants should have their own Health & Accident insurance as the organizer is not responsible.
Note:
¨ Gymnasts are welcome to participate in the Gala – program with performance of max 3 minutes.
¨ If you would like, we can organize excursions to ancient city Bukhara and Samarkand.
