Registration
Registration must be done online on USA Gymnastics website www.usagym.org and on KSIS www.rgform.eu. Copies of registration and entry fees should be postmarked by November 15th, 2019. One check per team payable and mailed to: Burlo Gymnastics, 19801 Nordhoff Place, #106, Chatsworth, CA 91311
Late fee $25 per athlete
Registration will be closed once we reach our capacity
Music and Level 7-8 Forms
All music MP3 and D-Forms PDf files should be uploaded to KSIS www.rgform.eu by December 10th, 2019. Please make sure to use following format to name files: Club Name, Athlete Full Name, Level, Apparatus. For levels where the same music is used for all gymnasts, please put club name in the “gymnast name” field. Late fee $25 per athlete will apply for all late admissions.
Please do not e-mail music or D-forms files.
Coaches are requested to have CD copies on hand as a back up.
