Dear Coaches & Club Directors,

Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles welcomes you and your team to the 1st annual Rhythmic Girl Gymnastics Invitational. This competition will be held the 1st weekend of December each year to test out new routines and prepare for the upcoming season.

Event date is December 5-8, 2019

This year the venue will be held at Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles Training Center where we hosted many competitions and events including CA State and Region 1 Championships. This world class facility features over 15,000 SQF of open floor space, 30 foot ceiling clearance, competition carpet over wood floor and a very large warm-up area with 2 full size Rhythmic Gymnastics carpets. Please note that the venue might change to a larger facility if we receive lots of team registrations or high levels - TBD.

AWARD CEREMONY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US… During the awards ceremony we will present the Rhythmic Girl Trophy to the top 8 highest scores in each level without regard of age. Individual routine and all-around medals will be awarded to the top 3 highest scores per level and age classification. Ribbons and achievement certificates will be awarded up to 8 place winners. Each participant will also receive special gifts and prizes from the Rhythmic Girl product line.

Entry Fees: 
∙ Level 3/4 - $100 (fee includes 3 routines)
∙ Level 5/6 - $135 (fee includes 4 routines)
∙ Level 7/8 - $150 (fee includes 4 routines)
∙ Level 9/10 FIG - $170 (fee includes 4 routines)
∙ USAG Groups - $130 (per event)
∙ FIG Groups - $155 (per event)

Entries are limited & each level will be closed when full. One check per team, payable to Rhythmic Academy. Entry fees are non-refundable!

Team entry forms & fees must be received by November 21st 2019.. Late entries, if accepted, will require a $25 fee per athlete. 

Competitive Levels 7-8 Forms: Please upload D-forms to http://rgform.eu by November 21st 2019. $25 fee per athlete will be charged for late forms received after December 2nd 2019.
 
Routine Music: All routine music must be uploaded to http://rgform.eu by December the 2020. $25 fee per athlete will be charged for late forms received after December 2nd 2019. 

Daily Guest Admission: $20 Adult, $5 Senior, Kids & Students

Ribbons and achievement certificates will be awarded up to 8 place winners per each age category. Each grand level champion will also receive a special gift and prizes!
