1. Aims and objectives:

- promotion and development of gymnastics;

- the strengthening of friendly relations with sports organizations and clubs from Poland and other countries;

-opening promising and talented gymnasts;

- promotion of healthy lifestyle;

- exchange of experience of trainers.

2. Time and place:

The competition is held: 21.09.2019  - 22.09.2019, in Szczecin, the sports hall: Hala Widowiskowo - Sportowa in Police, address: ul. Siedlecka 6, 72-010 Police. Poland.

3.Team members and payment:

Number of gymnasts is not limited. 1 coach. 1 judge. 

Entry fee - 45 €

 If there is no judge penalty - 100 €

4.Organization and conduct of the tournament:

Organization and conduct of the tournament: sports club «SGA Szczecin».

5. Financial expenses:

All financial costs (travel, meals, accommodation) for gymnasts, coaches and judges incurred by the club coming to the tournament.

6. Rewarding:

All the participants of the competition,  receive diplomas, medals and memorable gifts.

For 1st, 2nd and 3rd place gymnasts also receive trophies. As well in the competition will be special prizes and nominations.

7. Applications:

Preliminary applications submitted before 15.07.2019

The final application is filed before 15.08 .2019

NOTE!

Category C-Light – gymnasts who train 2-3 times a week.

The organizer reserves  the right to transfer a gymnast in a higher category, if he chooses, or if the referee committee will submit a statement, that the gymnast skills are too high for this category!

As well, within the framework of the tournament will be held a master class on the subject of training and plastics under the direction of  Three-time world champion and bronze medalist of the World Championships (2009, 2010), the absolute champion of Europe in 2010 as a part of group exercises - Ekaterina Malygina (RUS).

To participate in the MC is supplied separate nominal notice, to the postal address that is already specified above. (Surname, first name, date of birth, city, country, club), participation in the MC composes 10€ for each gymnast.

For the MC each gymnast must carry a rope, ball, clubs and ribbon.

Sharing music in the  format: mp3: name and surname, date of birth, category, country, city, name of the club.

As well, each gymnast must have music on USB-drives.

11. Additional information:

- each gymnast taking part in the competition, must pass by appropriate valid medical examinations (categories A and B) as well, must have a valid individual or club insurance that she need to show on the day of competition.

This provision is the official invitation to the competition.
