2nd edition of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament “The Diamonds of Sofia”, 07-09.06.2019, Sofia, Bulgaria - 12 Марта 2019

The RGC “Sofia Sport 2017”, has the pleasure to invite you to the 2nd edition of the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament “The Diamonds of Sofia” which will take place from 7th till 9th of June 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Following the success of last year's project we are ambitious to create an even more pleasant and memorable atmosphere. We strive to meet with all of the established standards and requirements and we also would like all participants to feel and keep in their hearts the magic and the beauty of this unforgettable event.

The tournament will include both Individual and Team competition (three gymnasts per age in one team), Groups competition, Mass sport, pairs and in groups of three gymnasts competition. We will accept as many application forms as it is allowed in our reglement. We will not reduce the number of apparatus we have announced in the invitation. All gymnasts will be ranked in the All - Around.

DELEGATION MEMBERS: Judge, coach, unlimited number of competitors. If the participating club is unable to provide a judge, the club needs to pay an additional fee of 50.00 EUR. Gymnasts traveling with their parents only are not required to provide a judge.

National ranking category Pre-Juniors up to 10 years old, Pre-Juniors, Juniors and Seniors – all competitors will be ranked according to year of birth /except Seniors/ - unlimited number of competitors from one club.

The first three places will receive cups, medals and certificates; all others will receive certificates.

International ranking: International clubs together with two gymnasts from the host club will be ranked separately.

Competitors born in 2011 and younger age groups will be ranked up to 8th place; children in groups of three will receive cups, medals and certificates, the rest of them will receive a “best effort” medal and a certificate.

Groups Competition – All Groups will be ranked. The first three Groups from the Pre-Juniors up to 10 years old, Pre-Juniors, Juniors and Seniors will receive cups, medals and certificates for each gymnast and for the coach of the Group. All of the rest Groups from these age groups will receive certificates. The remaining age Groups will receive cups, medals and certificates up to third place; thereafter – certificates and “best effort” medals.

Team Competion– all teams will be ranked. The first three teams will receive cup, medals and certificates, everyone else - certificates. Each team consists of three gymnasts. Categories: Pre-Juniors up to 10 years, Pre-Juniors, Juniors and Seniors. Each gymnast performs one routine by choice, but the three routines should be with different apparatus. Every gymnast is allowed to take part in both individual competition and team competition. The performance of the routine in the team competition is separate from the performances in the individual competition (the scores from the individual competition are not valid for the team competition). Every gymnast who takes part in more than one competition shall pay a participation fee for each of them.

Mass sport – all of the teams will be ranked according to their age group and the category the decided to participate in.

PARTICIPATION FEE:

40.00 EUR /per gymnast for individual competition;

25.00 EUR / per gymnast for team competition;

20.00 EUR / per gymnast in a Group competition and in mass sport competition.

The participation fee is payable at the technical conference.
