VI  INTERNATIONAL « ZHULDYZ CUP»

Rhythmic gymnastics

29-31.05.2018, Astana, Kazakhstan

I. General provisions

Main goals and objectives of the tournament:

• promoting and further development of rhythmic gymnastics in Kazakhstan;
• strengthening of cultural, creative, friendly ties between the sports organizations
• of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other foreign countries;
• increasing sport mastery;
• promoting healthy lifestyle.

The rournament shall be held in accordance with national calendar plan of the sport events for 2018 based on international rules FIG (2017-2020), with the program for individual juniors and group exercises. 

II. Tournament management

The general management on preparation and conduction of the tournament is carried out by "The Center of the rhythmic gymnastics "ZHULDYZ" of Astana city in coordination with the Kazakhstan Gymnastics Federation, the Division of physical culture and sports of Astana Akimat.

Each command should have the judge having judicial certificate or judge card by categories. The form of judges shall correspond with international rules.

III. Timeline and venue of competitions

The competition will be held in the period of 29-31.05.2018 at the center of the Olympic preparation on Bicycle sports “Sary-Arka” at the address: Astana, Kabanbay batyr av., 45А

IV. Programs

27.05.2018 – arrival day

28.05.2018 – probation of the ground according to the schedule.

                       17:00 - Meeting of judges, representatives of teams

                       19:00 - Opening ceremony and Gala concert

29 - 31.05.2018 – competition days. Banquet 31/05/18

01.06.2018 – departure  

To participate in the competition allowed gymnasts, decorated in the application list of the team and have a doctor's permit. Applications to be submitted before 2:00 p.m. to 28.05..2018 to the chief secretary of the competition. Team individual program: 10 participants + 2 coach + 1 judge (from the school). The team in group exercises: 6 participants in each age group + 1 coach + 1 judge.

Program  - Group exercises

1. The organizers reserve the right to reduce the program of the tournament by taking out one type in age categories.
2. Each participant has to have high-quality record of music of the exercises, made on 2 (two) CD disks.

3. Gymnasts give to the judges Committee judges forms according to individual program and group exercises.

4. Each delegation submits one demonstration performance for gala concert.

V. Awards

• The winners and medalists are awarded with diplomas, medals of the respective level and material prizes (in each age group) according to the results of all-round competition performance.  
• Gymnasts who win   4-6 places are awarded with diplomas and prizes.
• The trainer is awarded for training the winner of the competition in individual and group exercise.              

VI. Protests

Submission of protests and a rules for its consideration, according to the adopted Technical regulations of the International Federation of gymnastics FIG 2017-2020.

VII. Conditions

All expenses (transport, accommodation, meals, entry feet) are covered by sending (participating) organizations.  

Accomodation:

The hotel in the Center of the Olympic preparation on Bicycle sports “Sary-Arka”, at the address: Astana, Kabanbay batyr avenue, 45А

Double room - 50 EURO (at the exchange rate in tenge at the time of accreditation teams) (per day)

Single room - 100 EUR (at the exchange rate in tenge at the time of accreditation teams)

Those who need hotel reservation should inform till 01.05.2018.

Food (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) – 45 EURO (at the exchange rate in tenge at the time of accreditation teams)

31.05.2018 - will be a banquet for all participants. The fee for the Banquet is 20 EURO.

Entry fee for participation in competitions with each participant in individual and group program - 50 EURO (at the exchange rate in tenge at the time of accreditation teams)

Extra gymnast -70 EURO (at the exchange rate in tenge at the time of accreditation teams)              

           The organizing committee provides transportation for meeting participants in the airport, railway station of Astana. You should inform about your arrival till  01.05.2018

VIII. Application for participation

The nominal applications for participation in the tournament, approved by the head of the organization, a trainer and a doctor should be submitted to the judges board in the day of arrival.   

Accreditation of participants 28.05.2018, 10:00-14:00 at the center of the Center of the Olympic preparation on Bicycle sports “Sary-Arka”, heads of delegation have to bring following documents:

• the nominal application of the established form (original)
• the contract on insurance (original) for participants near and far abroad
• birth certificate or passport copy.
• anthem and flag of the country for participants from near and far abroad.
• entry fee

The preliminary applications are accepted till  01 may 2018.
