The City Hall of Szczecin, the
Voivodeship of School Sport Union, MKS “Kusy” Szczecin Sport Club and the UKS “Błękitna” Sport Club are honoured to invite you to the 41th International Spring Competition, the 16thAnna Klos-Sulima’s Memorial in Szczecin, Poland.
In this tournament we have hosted the best gymnast from all over the world, including:
Jekatarina Serebranska, Jana Batyrczina, Amina Zaripova, Larisa Łukanienko, Tatiana Ogrizko, Julia Raskina, Switlana Rudałowa, Lubow Cherkashina, Irina Risenson, Anna Rabtsava, Arina Charopa,Ganna Rizatdinova, Margarita Mamun, Malitina Staniouta, Katsiaryna Halkina, Elena Bolotina, Hanna Bazhko.

The organizers will host the members of your delegation from 18th of March 2016 (supper) until 21th of March 2016 (breakfast).
Your delegation may consist of a trainer, a judge and max. 5 gymnasts
(in different categories, max 2 girls in one category)
Costs Competition fee is 30 Euro per gymnast.
The cost of accommodation and board is 70 Euro per gymnast per day/night in a single room and 60 Euro per gymnast per day/night in a double room. Additional members of delegation will be at the expense of your delegation – 80 Euro per person per day/night in a single room and 70 Euro per person per day/night in a double room. While the Accommodation form must be returned to the Organising Committee by 01.03.2016. at the very latest, the hotel rooms will be allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis. All meals are included in the accommodation fee. Banquest’s costs are also included.
Visa Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Polish Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Poland. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter for visa purpose. The official visa request needs to be send to the organizers before 15.02.2016 . The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the delegation members as well as the city. The visa application support letter must be sent to the OC.

The nearest airports are in Szczecin – Goleniów(SZZ) and Berlin. The transportation from/to Szczecin – Goleniów airport is free. The transportation from/to Szczecin railway and bus station is also free. Organizers can arrange transportation from/to Berlin. The cost is 40 Euros per person round trip- (from airport and back). The Organisers will provide all transportation from/to competition hall.
