It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in our sixth international competition in rhythmic gymnastics called SIRENA CUP 2015. – ZADAR which will be held in Zadar, 25 September 2015 – 27 September 2015.

ACCOMMODATION:
Hotel ***
35 EUR per night / per gymnast
35 EUR per night / per other person
An accommodation includes bed and breakfast in double or triple room. After 10 September 2015 the organizer has no obligation to organize accommodation.

TRANSPORT:
Date, time and manner of arrival must be submitted by 22 September 2015 for the delegations that are in booked group accommodation.

ENTRY FEE: 30 EUR – per gymnast

MUSIC:
Music will be accepted on CD only (recorded in AUDIO or MP3 format) and back-up copies must be available. All music (clearly labelled with the name and apparatus) need to be handed during the technical meeting.

FORMS: Official Forms must be sent by e-mail by 22 September 2015.

AWARDS: The first three competitors in each category will receive medals, certificates and gifts. Other competitors will receive certificates and gifts.

COSTS: The delegation itself bears the travel expenses and accommodation costs. The organizer will bear the expenses of the organization of the competition, awarding ceremony and banquets.

REGISTRATION: Preliminary registration submitted by 25 August 2015.
Definitive registration submitted by 18 September 2015.
