Level 4 - $90.00 AA
Level 5/6 - $100.00 AA
Level 7/8 - $130.00 AA
Level 9/10 - $140.00 AA
Group - $100/event
$25 late fee per athlete; entry fees are non-refundable

Awards: Chicago Cup Trophy will be awarded to the top 10 in each level regardless of age. Individual routine and all-around medals will be awarded to the top 10 highest scores per level & age classification.
Ribbons & achievement certificates will be awarded to all levels.
