The Hungarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation has the pleasure to invite your Federation/Club to participate in the aforementioned 1st Hungarian Festival Just For Fun for DUOs, TRIOs, GROUPs.

JUDGES AND JURIES The judges must have at least national level.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES 15th November 2016
ENTRY FEES 30 EUR per gymnast
ACCREDITATION Delegation accreditation will take place upon arrival at accreditation centre. For accreditation, team leaders are required to bring the following documents:
- passports of all members of the delegation,
- proof of medical insurance,
- CD with music for routines
- official exercises sheets

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION Local transportation costs will be covered by the LOC. The LOC will take in charge transportation costs for all accredited people from the airport of Budapest (Liszt Ferenc International Airport) to hotels, and from hotels to Sports Hall (and vice – versa), only if hotel reservations are made through the LOC.
ACCOMMODATION The hotels’ prices are per person and per night, bed and breakfast and taxes (VAT and touristic tax) included:
€ 70.00 (double room, full board)
€ 90.00 (single room, full board)
The invited participating federations must pay for the accommodation expenses of their delegation members.
The prices charged for the hotel rooms will not exceed the usual hotel rates.
The costs for the accommodation must be paid to the LOC after arriving at the accreditation.
