Dear sports friends,
A.G.E.M.S. Spartakos for seventh time, organizes International Tournament of rhythmic gymnastics in Thessaloniki from 6th to 8th of October 2017. The competition will be organized with permission of the Hellenic Gymnastics Federation and with the support of Municipality of Thermi .
We will be very honored to have you participating in our competition.

INVITATION
1.Place and time
The matches will take place on October 6,7 and 8 in Vasilika- Thessaloniki, Minicipal gym 'Stelios Pipinikas "- street Rysio-Arnaias-
2.Delegation
judge/ coach/ individual gymnasts & judge/ coach /one group per category(All delegations must provide one judge. Expenses are to be paid by the participants)

6.Insurance
This is compulsory and in the responsibility of each participant. Spartakos will not accept any responsibility what so ever.
7. Entry fee- for each individual gymnast is 40 euro/100 euro for each group.
8. Accommodation
Entry fee for each individual gymnast(for those staying at the hotel of the competition) is 30 euros & 75 euro for each group.

-Accommodation includes breakfast and dinner. The organizers offer during the competition collagen or salad in the gym hal for competing gymnasts, coach and judge(depending on arrival).
-Accommodation also includes transportations from the hotel to the gym hall and reversely.
-For the arrival day transportations from the airport (Macedonia Thessaloniki), bus station and railway station of Thessaloniki to the hotel, and for departure day on reversely.
- Medical assistance during the competition.
9.Additional information
Please, bring the cd music and give them to the organizers during your arrival.
All gymnasts are welcomed to participate in gala program with performance of max. 3 minutes.
