Dear sports friends,
We have the pleasure to invite you to our friendly International Tournament “RITMICA TROPHY”. It will be held in Giurgiu, Romania, from the 2nd to 4th May 2014.
Looking forward to meeting you and celebrate together the beauty of young talents!

Venue: Sala Sporturilor, Giurgiu
Program of the competition:
Friday, 2nd May: arrival of the delegations, training in the hall, technical meeting.
Saturday, 3rd May: competition, opening ceremony, competition, awards ceremony.
Sunday, 4th May: competition, gala, awards ceremony, departure of the delegations.
Delegations:
no limit of participants. All delegation are asked to bring a judge with national or international brevet updated on this olimpiccycle.
Awards:
1) For gymnasts: all participants receive medals, diplomas and gifts. The best junior, the best pre-junior, the best participant in “Children” category, the best participant in “Baby” category receive a custom hand-made leotard. The best senior receives .
Other prices: the youngest participant, public’s choice, the most photogenic, the nicest smile, the most expressive participant.
2) For clubs: all coaches and all judges receive diplomas and gifts.
Special prices: for the best club (the club winning the most of medals),for the club with the biggest number of participants, the youngest coach, the youngest judge, miss judge. Host club is not included in these rankings.
Costs:
Participants cover the costs of travel expenses themselves.
Participation:
25 EUR/gymnast.
Accomodation(hotel **): 25 EUR/person/night. It includes:
-breakfast
-lunch -served at competition hall
-transport from hotel to competition hall
Organizers provide transportation from Bucharest (airport and trainstation) to Giurgiu (hotel /
competitonhall) and back for 30 eur/person.
Preliminary entry:March 1st 2014
Definitive entry:April 10th 2014
Travel details: April 25th 2014
Forms:
Please send by email the forms for routinsno later than April 282014 or bring them to the
technical meeting.
Rhythmic gymnastics products (leotards, apparatus, accessories, etc) will be on sell during competition.
Visa:
If you need an official invitation to obtain a visa to travel to Romania, please contact us as soon as
possible.
