We would like to invite you to the “BACATA CUP” Rhythmic Gymnastics International Invitational Tournament.
The aim of the competition is to give the opportunity for gymnasts of all levels to compete in an international event.

DELEGATION:
Any number of gymnasts
Any number of coaches per club
Judge preferred but not required

ENTRY FEES:
USAG PROGRAM
$80 USD per individual gymnast (Level 3-4)
$100 USD per individual gymnast (Level 5-8)

CONSUGI PROGRAM AND FIG
$120 USD per individual gymnast
$ 80 USD per duo Age Group
$ 120 USD per Group

Entries:
Provisional Registration December 18th, 2019
Definitive Registration January 22th, 2020 ($ 15 penalty)
Registrations are made through the page www.oddin.com that will be enabled from December 1, 2019 until the registration closing date.

Payment:
Through consignment for the total value after registering in the system before the deadlines, an email will be sent with the account information to those registered.
Gala- Inauguration:
An exhibition will be held by the Greek gymnast BARBARA FILIOU, next to the organizing club. All gymnasts are welcome to present an exhibition, in solo or group.
The registration fee includes admission for delegation members.
For the general public and family, it will have an additional cost of $ 15,000
Colombian pesos for adults, $ 5,000 Colombian pesos for children under 10 years.
Ticket sales will take place days before the event.

Please remember to bring D forms for each routine of gymnasts in usag level 7 to 8 as well as the music CD for all gymnasts or per club level 3 and 4.

AWARDS:
Individual Awards: Athletes will be awarded within each level by age division. Medals will be given to all Gymnasts.

TRANSPORTATION: Travel to and from COLOMBIA is to be paid for by each delegation. We can provide transport from “EL DORADO” International Airport to Hotel for each delegation.Airport Transfers can be arranged directly with the host hotel.

VISA: Please check to see if you need a visa to travel to Colombia. If need be, we can provide you with letters of invitation and participation for the competition.
