Dear Rhythmic Gymnastics Friends,

We are pleased to invite you to The 7 th International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament  21th  to 23th June 2018 Sport Club ”Andromeda”,Italy.

The objectives are the promotion and development of rhythmic gymnastics in Italy as well as establishing new international contacts and making professional exchange.

Roseto degli Abruzzi is situated on the beautiful Adriatic Coast with enjoyable and lively beach life and a long sandy beach. The dramatic Apennine Mountains are only 30 minutes away which has interesting walks and panoramic views. If you would like to visit the local area e.g. Rome, Bari or the mountains, we can organize excursions.

LOCATION:   Palazzetto dello sport “Maggetti”, st., Salara, 64026 Roseto degli Abruzzi.

DELEGATES:       The delegation may include 18 gymnasts

- 18 gymnasts (max.2 in each age category)

• • 1 judge
  • 1-2 coach In total – 30 persons.

COMPETITION DATE:   

20/06- Delegates’ arrival and training hall

21/06- Meeting of Judges, Opening Ceremony. Competition day for level D, C and B

22/06- Meeting of Judges.

Competition day for level B and A. Banquet.

23/06- Closing ceremony, Gala Show. 24/06- Delegates’ departure

After the Competition it’s possible for Delegates to participate in a 1- week Training Camp with a Professional Coach and choreograph. Please advise if you would like us to make the necessary arrangements.

MUSIC:       Musical accompaniment of the exercises in mp3 format should be sent before May 16, 2018 to: gromova.iri@gmail.com indicating the club, the names of the gymnasts and exercises.

Please all athletes must also bring a set of CD’s to the event as a backup.

PRIZES:      The first three winners in every category and in every apparatus/without apparatus will receive a Diploma and Medal. All the participants will receive presents, and special winners: Miss Smile, Miss Elegant and Miss Body.

ENTRY  FEE: € 50,00 per each gymnast.

The teams, who left the competition before the and not being on the award ceremony will be removed from the competition. Their results will be cancelled.

JUDGES:   Each delegation must include 1 judge (BREVET FIG or national category). Delegations coming without a judge will have a charge of €100,00.

MEDICAL  SERVICES:  Certified medical staff will be available during training and competition schedule.

TRANSPORT:    Club Andromeda will organize transport service by request from Airport Roma – Roseto degli Abruzzi. Transportation expenses( approximately 22 € per person single and 44 € return) will be charged after the tournament. Delegates are asked to fill the enclosed Travel plan form no later than May 01nd.

HOTEL:     Accommodation Fee includes. This price includes bed and breakfast, lunch and dinner – 40 €

All costs have to be paid upon arrival.

GALA:         Each team is welcome to present 1 short exhibition (min.1 max. 2 per team) not longer than 3 minutes. If you would like to participate in the gala, please indicate the names of participants in the application form.

BANQUET:  The closing Banquet will be offered to for Judge, coach and gymnasts, take place on Friday, 22 June 2018 by the ASD Andromeda.

REGISTRATION: 

INSURANCE:    All participants should have their own Health & Accident, illness, repatriation and the like. Insurance as the organizer is not responsible.
