6^th International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament

Dear sports friends,

A.G.E.M.S. Spartakos for sixth time, organizes International Tournament of rhythmic gymnastics in Thermi Thessaloniki from 3^th to 5^th of June 2016. The competition will be organized under the auspices of the Hellenic Gymnastics Federation and of the Municipality of Thermi. 

We will be very honored to have you participating in our competition.

1.Place and time 

    The matches will take place on June 3,4 and 5 in Vasilika- Thessaloniki, Minicipal gym 'Vasilis Kotzias "- street Rysio-Arnaias- height gym hall-10m
Stop Gymnasiums High Schools Vasilika- bus No 87M, No 87N, No 87T.No 87P

2.Delegation   
1 judge/ 1coach/ individual gymnasts (no limit):1 judge/1 coach /one group per category  

(All delegations must provide one judge.                                                                                           

Expenses are to be paid by the participants)

7.Insurance                                                                                                                                        

This is compulsory and in the responsibility of each participant. Spartakos will not accept any responsibility what so ever.
 

8.Accommodation 

 Registration fee for each  individual gymnast is 30 euro/15 euro for each gymnast groups.

Registration fee for each gymnast(for those not staying at the hotel of race) is 50 euro

 Accommodation of delegations in Four Stars hotel  

65euro per day (single room)

45 euro per day/person(duble room)
40 euro per day/person(triple room) 

Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch(for days 3,4,5 June-packet in the gym hall,according to the arrival) and dinner.

Accommodation also includes transportations from the hotel to the gym hall and reversely.  

For the arrival day transportations from the airport (Macedonia Thessaloniki), bus station and railway station of Thessaloniki to the hotel, and for departure day on reversely.     
 

9.Additional information                                                                                                                      

Please, bring with you 6 copies D for each apparatus of your gymnasts.group and as the cd music and give them to the organizers during your arrival.   

All gymnasts are welcomed to participate in gala program with performance of max. 3 minutes.
