Dear Gymnastics Friends,

Club Ritmica Malta wishes to invite you to Club Ritmica Malta International Competition held in Malta on 24th/26th October 2014 for the International Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition. The aim for the competition is to give the opportunity for those developing Gymnast to compete in an International and Friendly Event. This year the competition will also be followed by training Camp.

Prices and Packages

We are privileged to say that the facilities of the competition venue comprise of their own Hostel accommodation with all rooms having shower en suite. The Package price will include airport Transfers, accommodation, on half board basis Farewell party and Competition entry all for €210.00per person from Friday to Monday. Coaches will pay €190.00 from Friday to Monday. Those clubs who wish to arrive earlier and leave later there will be an extra cost of €25.00 per person per day on Half Board Basis. The Hostel is on first come first serve Basis and rooms will be secured by 50% deposit of the total. If a club will bring more than 10 gymnasts, 1 Coach will be accommodated for Free on Half Board Basis from Friday to Monday. Extra days will need to be paid for.

Hotel Soreda – Qawra – 30 minutes away from the competition Venue

Those clubs who wish to stay at the Soreda Hotel can deal directly, Please mention either GymStars or Club Ritmica. This Hotel offers a special rate for the delegation, clubs and guests. Awards

Medals will be given for each winning First, Second and Third Place and Participation certificates will also be given to all Gymnasts. Airport Transfers & Transport

Airport transfers for those clubs who wish to stay in a hotel will be at a charge of €10.00 per person per way. Transport to the Gym and Hotel transport will be charged at €5.00 per person for 2 ways per day.

Welcome Reception and Farewell party

Ritmica Malta opens with a Welcome Reception to all the delegations and judges on Friday. A Technical Meeting will be held at the Palazzo for Judges and Coaches only. A farewell party for all the gymnasts, traveling parents, friends, and delegations will be held on Sunday 26th October 2014 in the evening at 8.00pm.

The cost would be €20.00 per person for the adults and €15.00 for the children. Menu will be rotated at a later date.

The above prices are for those who will be accommodated in Hotels. For those who choose to stay at Bowyer Hostel, the above is all included.

• Competition Fee €25 per Gymnast for those not with the package.

Only countries within the EU do not need a visa, those who will need a visa please check in time if your Delegation needs a Visa for the entry in Malta. We are ready to assist with any letters of the competition as much as possible. Please note that all clubs must cover all bank fees in connection with bank transfers when invoices are sent to you
