Dear Rhythmic Gymnastics Friends,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in our third international competition in rhythmic gymnastics called SIRENA CUP 2012. – ZADAR to be held in Zadar, 19.10.2012. – 21.10.2012.
A detailed competition schedule will be submitted after receipt of all definitive registration

GROUP EXERCISES

For all categories in group exercises D2 is unlimited. Only one gymnast, who will take place in the individual category (A or B), have the right to take place in group exercises.
ACCOMMODATION: Hotel *** 30 EUR per night / per gymnast 30 EUR per night / per other person A accommodation includes bed and breakfast in double or triple room. Extra dinner is 7 EUR. After 07.10.2012. the organizer has no obligation to organize accommodation.
TRANSPORT: Data, time and manner of arrival must be submitted by 15.10.2012 for the delegations that are in organized accommodation.
ENTRY FEE: 30 EUR – per gymnast 50 EUR – per group
MUSIC: Music will be accepted on CD only, and back-up copies must be available. All music (clearly labelled with the name and apparatus) is to be handed in to the music table during the warm-up.
AWARDS: The first three competitors in each category will receive medals and certificates. Other competitors will receive certificates.
COSTS: The delegation itself bears the travel expenses and accommodation costs. Organizer shall bear the expenses of the organization of competition, awards and banquets.
REGISTRATION: Preliminary registration submitted by 20.09.2012. Definitive registration submitted by 07.10.2012.
