DELEGATION
Unlimited number of gymnasts and groups are welcome (spread across different categories)
-Junior and senior gymnasts
-1 or more coaches
-1 judge mandatory. FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) brevet or state qualification required.
JUDGES AND JURIES
For the FIG senior and junior competition
All judges must have a current valid FIG brevet at the time of the event for the respective discipline.
NOTE: We encourage all delegations to bring their judges. Please note that if you participate in the tournament without a judge, an additional fee of 70 euros must be paid in cash upon arrival with other fees.

Preliminary registration: 1 March 2019
Final registration: 25 April 2019
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is 40 Euros per gymnast.
The fee will be collected upon arrival in cash.

BANQUET
The banquet will be held in a seaside restaurant near the competition hall on Friday, May 19th. All gymnasts participating in the tournament are allowed to invite one person free of charge. Any additional guests after the first guest will be charged 10 Euros to attend the banquet.
AWARDS
Gymnasts qualifying in places 1-3 will be awarded a Cup, in places 1-8 a medal in each age category and for each piece of apparatus.
Groups qualifying in places 1-4 will be awarded a Cup, in places 1-6 will be awarded a medal in each age category and for each piece of apparatus. Also all gymnasts will be awarded participation medals, certificate and surprize gifts.
VISA
Please verify with the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to Turkey. For stays of up to 90 days, most Western nationalities either don't require visas or should purchase one in advance from www.evisa.gov.tr
INSURANCE
The Local Organizing Committee and the host federation will not be held responsible in case of an accident, illness, repatriation and so forth.
The FIG Technical Regulations anticipate that all participating federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all their delegation members.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT
The invited participating clubs and federations must pay the travel costs of their delegation members. The Travel Schedule Form must be returned to the LOC no later than May 1, 2019.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
Local transportation between Istanbul Atatürk Airport and Istanbul Airport (Istanbul’s new airport) and the hotel and the competition hall will be provided by the LOC.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use Sabiha Gokcen Airport (which is on the Asian side of Istanbul), you are responsible for your own transportation to/from the hotel.

The Travel & Accommodation Form (excel document) must be filled out and returned to the LOC as soon as possible. No later than May 1, 2019.
The hotel payments will be made at check-in at the hotel by credit card/debit card or cash (US dollar, Euro or Turkish Lira).
MEALS
Saturday: Lunch for gymnasts, coaches and judges will be provided by the LOC in the competition hall.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes in the delegation must be notified to the LOC by April 25, 2019. After this, all costs must be paid, and accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds are possible if later arrival or early departure.
MUSIC
Musical accompaniment of the exercises (in mp3 format) should be sent to bosphoruscup@hotmail.com by April 25, 2019. Name, surname, birthdate, the category of the gymnast as well as apparatus should be written in the mail.
A copy of the song (mp3/mp4) should also be brought to the competition hall.
