ПРО  ПРОВЕДЕННЯ  ХIV  ВІДКРИТОГО  ТУРНІРУ  З  ХУДОЖНЬОЇ  ГІМНАСТИКИ 

«ЗИМОВА КАЗКА»

МЕТА  І  ЗАВДАННЯ

· Популяризація  художньої  гімнастики.

· Обмін  досвідом  роботи  тренерів.

· Підвищення  спортивної  майстерності  гімнасток.

· Виявлення  перспективних  гімнасток.

· Пропагування  здорового  способу  життя.

· Зміцнення  дружніх  зв’язків  між  містами  України та  іноземних  держав.

МІСЦЕ  ТА  ЧАС  ПРОВЕДЕННЯ  ТУРНІРУ

Змагання  відбудуться 07.12.2018 - 09.12.2018  за  адресою:  м.Львів, вул. Керченська, 8( спорткомплекс  «ГАЛИЧИНА»).

07.12.2018 р. - день  приїзду, нарада  суддів  та  представників  команд;

08.12.2018 р. - перший  день  змагань, парад  відкриття;

09.12.2018 р. – другий  день  змагань, парад  закриття, нагородження переможців  змагань, від’їзд  команд.

КЕРІВНИЦТВО

Підготовку  та  проведення  змагань  здійснює  оргкомітет  турніру.

Безпосереднє  проведення  змагань  покладається  на  ДЮСШ «Галеон»  та  на головну  суддівську  колегію.

Головний  суддя  змагань – суддя  національної  категорії  Кочергіна  Галина Сергіївна.

СКЛАД  КОМАНДИ

1 тренер, 1 суддя, 6 гімнасток  у  різних  категоріях.

Заявки  на  участь у турнірі  надсилати  до 20.11.2018 р. на  електронну  пошту  zymovakazka2018@gmail.com

Підтвердженням  участі  команди  у  турнірі  є  лист-відповідь  від організаторів.

Музику  надсилати  до 25.11.2018 р.  на  електронну  пошту zymovakazkamusic@gmail.com   Музичний  супровід  для  вправ  гімнасток  відправляти  у  форматі  МР3  із  обов”язковою  відміткою  в  назві  файлу: рік  народження_прізвище  та  ім”я_місто_команда_вид.

Іменні  заявки  з  підписом  лікаря, завірені  печаткою  фізкультурного диспансеру  та  затверджені  керівництвом  відряджуючої  організації, свідоцтва про  народження (копія), поліс  спортивного  страхування (копія) подаються безпосередньо  під  час  наради  суддів  і  представників  команд 07.12.2018 р.

                    КАТЕГОРІЇ   УЧАСНИЦЬ   ТА   ВИДИ   ПРОГРАМИ

ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ  ПЕРЕМОЖЦІВ

Переможці  визначаються  за  найбільшою  сумою  балів (згідно  програми змагань) у  кожній  віковій  групі  та  категорії.

Гімнастки, що  посіли І, ІІ, ІІІ місця, нагороджуються  кубками, медалями, дипломами  та  пам’ятними  подарунками; ІV, V, VІ місця  нагороджуються медалями, дипломами  та  пам’ятними  подарунками.

Усі  учасниці  змагань  отримають  пам’ятні  подарунки.

УМОВИ  ПРИЙОМУ

Усі  витрати, пов’язані  з  проїздом, проживанням  та  харчуванням  учасників турніру  несуть  відряджуючі  організації.

RHYTHMIC  GYMNASTICS  TOURNAMENT  “ZYMOVA  KAZKA-2018’’

AIM  AND  TASKS:

• Promotion of  rhythmic gymnastics.
• Exchange of experience of coaches.
• Improvement of gymnastic’s  sporting mastery.
• Identifying perspective gymnasts.
• Promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Strengthening friendly ties between the cities of Ukraine and foreign countries.

LOCATION AND TIME

Competitions will be held on December  07, 2018 – December  09, 2018 at the following  address: Lviv, Kerchenska Street, 8 (sports complex "GALYCHYNA").

07.12.2018 - the day of arrival, meeting of judges and representatives of teams;

08.12.2018 - the first day of the competition, the opening ceremony;

09.12.2018 - the second day of the competition, the awarding and closing ceremony, departure of delegations.

LEADERSHIP

Preparation and conducting of competitions is carried out by the organizing committee of the tournament.

The direct holding of the competition relies on the "Galleon" Youth Sports School and the main judicial assembly .

The main judge of the competition is the judge of the national category- Kochergina  Galina Sergiivna.

CONTESTANTS

1 coach, 1 judge, 6 gymnasts in different categories.

APPLICATIONS

Requests for participation in the tournament  must be directly  sent on e-mail zymovakazka2018@gmail.com  not later than 20.11.2018.

Confirmation of team’s  participation in the tournament is a response letter from the organizers.

Send music not later than 25.11.2018 on e-mail zymovakazkamusic@gmail.com

Music for gymnasts must be sent in MP3 format only. In this file please write- year of gymnast_name and surname_city_team_routine.

Registered applications with the signature of  the doctor, certified by the seal of the physical training center and approved by the management of the travel organization, birth certificate (copy), sports insurance policy (copy) are submitted directly during the meeting of judges and team representatives on 07.12.2018.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

The winners are determined by the highest score (according to the competition program) in each age group and category.

Gymnasts, who took I,II,III places, are awarded with cups, medals, diplomas and memorable gifts; ІV,V,VI places are awarded with medals, diplomas and memorable gifts.

All participants of the competition will receive memorable gifts.
