| 22nd BAKU CHAMPIONSHIP AND COMPETITIONS AMONG AGE CATEGORIES IN RHYTMIC GYMNASTICS

About 110 gymnasts, representing Baku Gymnastics School and the Republican Complex Sports School, “Ojag”, “Neftchi”, “Spartak”, “Start” sports clubs as well as “Sarhadchi” Olympic Sports Center will take part in the tournament.
The first day of the competitions will begin with performances of "youngsters" (born in 2005-2007) in an individual program who define the prize-winners in the all-around (without apparatus, a rope, a hoop and a ball) by the end of the day. Afterwards, teams in group exercises, consisting of sportswomen in the same category, as well as pre-juniors (born in 2003-2004), will join the competitions. “Youngsters” will demonstrate 2 exercises (without apparatus, balls) and pre-juniors just one (hoops).
It is remarkable that the gymnasts included into above mentioned categories will also be awarded in a team competition with special prizes by Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation within the framework of AGF Cup.
Performances of pre-juniors in the individual program, who are awarded in the all-round (without apparatus, a rope, a hoop, a ball, clubs), are planned in the first half of the second competition day. The event will come to the end with performances of juniors (born in 2000-2002) and seniors (1999 and older) also competing in the all-around (a rope, a hoop, a ball, clubs).
A colorful Gala, where representatives of regions take part as well, will relieve strains of two competition days.

| В Елгаве пройдет турнир по художественной гимнастике
В конце недели в Земгальском Олимпийском центре пройдет 7-й международный турнир по художественной гимнастике Baltic Flower 2016, который соберет примерно 350 участниц из 7 стран - Латвии, Литвы, Эстонии, Белоруссии, России, Польши и Германии. Нашу страну на нем традиционно представят и елгавчанки.
Турнир будет проводиться 30 и 31 января. В субботу, в первый день состязаний, начиная с 9.15 свое мастерство будут демонстрировать самые младшие участницы. Официальное открытие турнира и награждение младших запланировано в 13.25. Вечером, с 16.25 начнут состязаться юниоры. Вечерняя церемония награждения пройдет в 20.30.
В воскресенье состязания начнутся в 9.00, и их кульминация запланирована в 18.25, когда лучшие гимнастки определятся в группе сениоров. Воскресная церемония награждения пройдет в 20.15. Для зрителей посещение турнира бесплатное. Подробная программа турнира доступна на www.zoc.lv .

| XIV Чемпионат Азии по художественной гимнастике среди юниоров пройдет в СК "Даулет" (Теннисные корты в Центральном парке Астаны) с 28 апреля по 1 мая 2016.
Ожидается участие порядка 130-150 участников.
Требуется помощь 40 волонтеров на позициях:
- встреча и проводы делегаций в аэропорту;
- аккредитация в отеле;
- сопровождение делегаций и помощь на месте проведения мероприятия всем задействованным лицам.
Знание английского очень желательно, но не критично.
Питание, униформа будут обеспечены каждому волонтеру. Благодарственные письма за активную помощь.

Delegations will consist of
maximum 8 persons:
· 6 individual gymnasts (preferably different age category)
Please notice that
all Senior and Junior Gymnasts at A level need to have FIG licenses.
· 1 judge obligatory ( Min 4FIG current valid FIG brevet )
· 1 coach
Costs:
· Registrationfee: 40$ per gymnasts
· Theaccommodation cost for the competition dates (11-14/05/17),
min 3 nights for this price:
Singleroom – 105$ person/night
Doubleroom – 64$person/night
Triple room– 51$ person/nigh
Anyadditional night in double/triple room will cost 75$ per person
· The organizer is not coveringtraveling costs of delegations nor any other expenses made during the stay.
· Price per Additional person,(gymnasts, coaches and other person ) 75$per person/night
It will not bepossible to cenacle your original reservation of the hotel after your arrival
Please noticethat the check-in time to the hotel is 14:00
· Transportation:
- Organizer will provide transport of yourdelegation from “Ben-Gurion” International Airport, to the hotel and back.
- The organizer is also providing thetransport from the hotel to the competition hall and back.
· Meals:
- Breakfast will take place in thehotel
- At the competition their will be given afood package (sandwich, fruit, energy bar, yogurt) for the competitors.

Insurance:
Allthe participants should be insured. The hosting club will not take any
responsibility to gymnasts’ accidents. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee
that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own
arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness,
accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation

apparatus separately
Gala:
On
Saturday May 27th 2017, there will be a small Gala. Gymnasts are welcome to
present 1 short exhibition, In solo or in group exercise.
Prices:
· The winners in every category willreceive Medals.
