Las Vegas Gym International Recreational Gymnastics Tournament
Dear Rhythmic Gymnastics Friends,
The Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Budapest has the pleasure to invite you to participat Las Vegas Gym International Recreational Gymnastics Tournament in Budapest, Hungary on 25-27 Januar 2013.
This competition is for girls who are not ready arranged in that category A and B to start, so relaxed in the traditional rhythmic gymnastics competition notice, and thus was born the recreational gymnastics.
We welcome all who wish to move senior and little girl special and unique competition.
PROGRAM

* possible to training out in the afternoon 4-7 pm on Saturday
* Judges meeting at 20:00 on Saturday

This contest is the real Las Vegas Gym is coming and a lot of presents to every gymnast!!!

TRANSPORTATION
The organizer will provide transportation of delegation from the Budapest Airport , bus station or train station to the hotel and to the competition site and back. This price is 10EUR.

Dear friends,
We would like to invite You heartily to the XVVI International Rhythmic Gymnastics
Tournament "Mazās Zvaigznītes 2013" that will take place from 16th till 19th of May, 2013,
in Kekava, Latvia.
TIMETABLE:
16.05. – arrival of delegations, practice, technical meeting 18.00;
17.05. – competition ( 2001., 2002., 2003.y.o.);
18.05. - competition ( 2004., 2005.,2006., 2007. y.o. and younger);
19.05. – departure of delegations.
Delegations:
6 individual gymnasts in different categories;
1 coach;
1 judge.

2002.y.o. – 2 apparatus by choice (junior FIG code 2013)
2003.y.o. - without apparatus, apparatus by choice (junior FIG code 2013)

have to be paid by the participants.
Hotel costs ( 100% cash upon arrival) - single room 20 Ls per night, double room 22 Ls
per night (breakfast incl.).
Delegations are kindly asked to inform about their participation until 15th of April 2013.
Please bring with you 4 copies D sheets for each routine of gymnasts and submit your
music CD certainly.
All Gymnasts are welcome to present exhibitions, in solo or in group exercise.
Organization is not responsible for any liability in case of accident; therefore all
participants are advised to look for and provide adequate insurance cover.

8. Accommodation
55 euro per person, per day.
Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation also includes transportations from the hotel to the gym hall and reversely.
For the arrival day transportations from the airport (Macedonia Thessaloniki), bus station and railway station of Thessaloniki to the hotel, and for departure day on reversely.
Registration fee for each gymnast is 30 euro.
9. Additional information
Please, bring with you 8 copies D for each apparatus of your gymnasts and give them to the organizers during your arrival.
All gymnasts are welcomed to participate in gala program with performance of max. 3 minutes.
