Follows CGC rules and requirements for the 2010-2011 season.

Entry Fees:
1 routine - $40;
2 routines - $60;
3 routines - $80;
4 routines - $100
Entry fees are non-refundable.

Deadline:
Registration forms and fees must be postmarked no later than January 24th, 2011. Late registration fee is $25.00 per athlete. Please make your cheque payable to “Planet Rhythmics”. Only one cheque per club, please. Registration forms and fees should be mailed to #411-3980 Inlet Cr., North Vancouver, B.C., V7G 2P9.

Scripts:
4 D1/D2 copies per routine should be mailed to “Planet Rhythmics” at #411-3980 Inlet Cr., North Vancouver, B.C., V7G 2P9. All copies should be received by March 19th, 2011. Late fees/form changes are $25 per routine.

Awards:
Ribbons will be given to 1-8 places in each routine, in each category.
Medals will be given to all gymnasts in All Around, in each category.
Special Judges Awards for “Best Trick,” “Miss Flexibility,” “Miss Smile,” etc.
All gymnasts will receive “goody bags.”

Accommodation:
Blocks of rooms have been reserved at a special group rate at two waterfront hotels within walking distance of the venue and easily accessible from both downtown (via Seabus) and Vancouver International Airport (via Skytrain + Seabus).

Lonsdale Quay Hotel – 123 Carrie Cates Court, North Vancouver, 604-986 6111. Rooms with 2 double beds are $119.00 + tax per night. Please ask for “Planet Rhythmics” group rate (available until February 24, 2011).

Aufenthaltsort Der Ausrichterverein organisiert nach Absprache den Aufenthalt im Hotel Ramada (100m Fußweg zu dem Wettkampfort). Sonst sorgt der eingeladene Verein für die Unterkunft selbst.

Transfer Der Ausrichterverein organisiert nach Absprache den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen Düsseldorf. Dafür müssen 10 Tage vor der Ankunft die Ankunft- und Abflugzeit, Flugnummer und die Zahl der Personen mitgeteilt werden. Sonst sorgt der eingeladene Verein für den Transfer selbst.
