Program of tournament:
Friday 10th February 2012:
Arrival of delegations, technical meeting of judges and coaches
Saturday 11th February 2012:
Judge meeting, competition, gala show, award ceremony and banquet
Sunday 12th February 2012:
Optional program: The morning of the Westend City Center shopping mall, then spends an afternoon in the Szechenyi thermal baths and spa
Competition hall:
1230. Budapest, Hungary Nyir u. 2. - Soroksari Sport hall
Delegation:
Each delegation will consist of 5 gymnasts, coach and judge.
Start Fee:
35 EUR for each participating gymnast.
Accommodation:
The delegation will have to pay 40 EUR/person/night. Extra person: 50 EUR/night.
The prize includes: lunch and dinner available for an addditional fee you pay at the hotel reception. Banquet price is 10 EUR/ person.
Transport:
Organizer will provide transport for your delegation from Budapest International Airport, railway station and bus station to the hotel and back. The organizer is also providing the transport from the hotel to the competition hall and back. This prize is 10 EUR.
Note:
Please bring with you 8 copies of D form for each routine of your gymnasts and CDs. The copies and Cds have to be given to the organizers on your arrival to the technical meeting.
Awards:
All participants will receive presents, medals,and diplomas. Special prizes for gymnasts, coaches and judges.
Application:
Preliminary application till 15th January 2012.

Клуб по художественной гимнастике "БЕРОЕ" с удовольствием приглашает Вас на
ІV-ый Международный Турнир по художественной гимнастике 6-8апреля 2012 в городе Стара Загора (Болгария).
Организаторы:
СКХГ „БЕРОЕ” совместно с Мерией Стара Загора и БФХГ
Место проведения:
гр. Стара Загора – Спортивный зал ("ДЗУ")

Награждение: Гимнастки, занявшие с 1 до 3 место в отдельных видах награждаются почётными грамотами и медалями. С 1 до 3 место в многобое - награждаются медалями и кубками. Грамоты для гимнасток до 8 места. Все спортсменки получают подарки от организаторов.
Для участия в гала-концерте показательных номеров, просьба заявить предварительно(не более 2-х номеров).

Hotel PARK is 8 km away from the airport,railway and bus station.
It is 400m away from the sports centre.

Start fee for gymnastes can be payed at the technical meeting.
22.09.2012.Lunch packet will be provided for all women competitors at the competition day in the sports centre.
Coaches will take lunch packets the organizers call.
Lunch will be provided for referees and coaches in the PRESS hall during the break.
All the competitors who nnance their arrival on time(competitors which come by plane,train or bus)will be brought by car from the station to Hotel PARK at the organizers expense.
Music:
Music for rehearsal must be delivered on CD medium(orginal and copy are obligatory).The name of the woman competitor,eguipment,the name of the club,state and duration of music must be written on the label of a CD medium.CD medium should be made available at the rehearsal time.

1. Clubs get trophy and diploma paper (will be delivered to coaches).
2. The first three competitors get medals and diploma papers and the best in her category gets a trophy too.
3. The 4-6 places symbolic medals .
4. For all tournament participants diploma
5. For best choreography in the exercise ,the trick on the exercise ,the most prosperous in the tournament ,the youngest participants of the special awards on the decison of the organizers : a set of rollers ,a set of skate bord or scooter and diplomas.
6. The first three placed teams in group exercises will be awarded medals and dipolomas and first olaced trophy.
