| Добрый день! Что нибудь по турниру в Загребе можно узнать? Я про фото или видео съемку ? Списки учасниц и стартовые я видела! Спасибо заранее!

After the success of the first edition of our International Tournament with more than 200 participating gymnasts from clubs and national teams from a lot of countries and the special participation of Silviya Miteva, we are glad to invite you to the second edition with confirmed participation of Carolina Rodriguez.

1. Age groups and individual competition program:
- Senior born in 1999 and before
Total 3 apparatus: hoop and clubs obligatory + ball/ribbon
- Junior born in 2000, 2001 and 2002
Total 3 apparatus: ball and clubs obligatory + rope/hoop
- Pre Juniors born in 2003
Total 2 apparatus: ball obligatory + rope/hoop/clubs
- Hopes born in 2004 and 2005
Total 2 exercises: W.A obligatory + rope/hoop/ball
- Children born in 2006 and 2007
Total 1 exercises: W.A
- Babies born in 2008 and later present a W.A routine (out of competition, all receive participation medals and gifts)
2. Competition format:
- Individual
- Teams (one team is composed by two gymnasts of the same age group)
- Groups Competition (only fir Children´s age group) 5/6gymnasts without apparatus
3. Insurance
The organizing committee is not taking responsibility in case of any accidents or illness. All participant must make their medical and travel insurances.

4. Delegation
Maximum of 10 individual gymnasts preferently not more than two per age group
Maximum 2 children's group
Unlimited Baby gymnasts
Unlimited number of coaches
One judge

5 Costs (pay on arrival)
Participation fee: 25 € / per individual gymnast 15 € / per each gymnast from the group. The gymnasts taking part in groups and individual competition pay only the individual fee of 25€
Delegation without judge 150€
6. Accommodation:
Estalagem de Sangalhos- Sports ans Nature Hotel ****
Price per day, per person in doble/triple rooms including breakfast, lunch and dinner 65€.
7. Airport transfer and daily transportation hotel-gym-hotel
The organization is taking responsibility about the airport transfers (Oporto international airport) as well as the daily transportation between the gym and the hotel.

11. Judge:
Each club must bring 1 judge. If you don ́t have an available judge, you have to pay a 150€ fee to cover the organization expenses to support it. Send judge identification, until 07/02/2015.

13. Awarding cerimonies:
Individual AA- per year of birth
Individual per apparatus- per age groups
Teams- sum of the AA of the two gymnasts
Groups AA- sum of the two performances of the group
14. Awards:
Cups, medals, diploms, special gifts from our sponsors (apparatus, crystals, gymnastics accessories, t-shirts and others).
15. Closing gala show:
You are welcomed to present your gala performances which should´t be longer than 3 min.
16. It will be a closing dinner where participants can socialize. Gymnasts are advised to take some souvenirs to change between them.
17. Official photographers are uploading pictures for free on internet. Youtube video covering by APRmovies.

| XXI International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament
"MAZĀS ZVAIGZNĪTES 2015"
INVITATION
Dear friends,
We would like to invite You heartily to the XXI International Rhythmic Gymnastics
Tournament "Mazās Zvaigznītes 2015" that will take place from 14th till 17th of May, 2015,
in Kekava, Latvia.
TIMETABLE:
14.05. – arrival of delegations, practice, technical meeting 18.00;
15.05. – competition (2003., 2004., 2005y.o. ( A + B groups);
16.05. - competition (2006., 2007., 2008. y.o. and younger ( A + B groups);
17.05. – excursion, departure of delegations.
Delegations:
6 individual gymnasts in different categories;
1 coach;
1 judge.

2008. y.o. and younger
Participation fee is 25 Euro per gymnast. If club would like to participate with more than
6 gymnasts, the participation fee is 30 Euro for each extra person. Travel and living expenses
have to be paid by the participants.
Hotel costs ( 100% cash upon arrival) - double room 40 Euro per night (breakfast incl.)
“Park Hotel Kekava” or Riga Hotel “DODO”.
Delegations are kindly asked to inform about their participation until 15th of April 2014.
Please bring with you 4 copies D sheets for each routine of gymnasts and submit your
music CD certainly.
All Gymnasts are welcome to present exhibitions, in solo or in group exercise.
Organization is not responsible for any liability in case of accident; therefore all
participants are advised to look for and provide adequate insurance cover.
