• All participants have to pay their fees in arrival at sport hall if they didn’t make bank transfer preliminary;
• All participants – gymnast, coaches, judges and members of delegation who are not accommodated in the official hotel need to pay 10 euro per person – organization fee if they want to be accredited officially. All fees need to be payed during the accreditation;
• The banquet will be on 7 December for all participants accommodate in the official hotels of competition. The rest can present in the dinner with additional ticket of 15 euro per person.
Application for Banquet – deadline 20.11.2018;
• Application for lunch (in the sport hall) have to be send until 20.11.2018;
• Awarding will be done in 2 rankings – National and International;
• All musics have to be bring to competition in USB format;
• Marc Schuirmann and Barny Thierolf will present in Academic Winter cup 2018. There will be livestreams of all training and competition days!
