Dear participants,
We are sending you our startlists, final programme and schedule for podium training. Please note that minor adjustments in the startlists can still turn out to be necessary. Podium training will be for FIG gymnasts only.
There is still a possibility to participate in the gala on Saturday in the evening and on Sunday during lunchtime. If you would like to participate please send us information and music as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the day.
Accreditation in the official hotel will be on Friday, June 7, 13:00-15:00 and in the competition hall starting from Friday 15:00.
Transfer schedule will be available in the hotel and the competition hall. The contact persons
for transfers will be Elena (RU, EN): +352-621-555-632 and Aline (EN, FR): +352-691-312-824. First bus on Friday will leave the hotel at 14:30 and the sports hall will be open from 15:00.
In the sports hall there will be water, fresh fruit and yogurt for gymnasts. There will be also a buffet with food and drinks for sale (on Friday drinks only). Please inform the gymnasts and their parents that it is strictly forbidden to bring food to the tribunes, warm-up carpet and locker rooms. Access to locker rooms will be for gymnasts, coaches and judges only. There will also be stands selling gymnastics supplies and clothes.

Finally, some explanations from our main judge about the
technical programme for non-FIG competition.
There is no limit as to the maximum number of difficulties (BD and AD) a gymnast can perform during her exercise. However, there will be a maximum number of correctly executed body difficulties that judges will accept and that is 9 BD for seniors and 7 BD for juniors and all other younger categories. It means that you should disregard all other limitations indicated in the technical programme for non-FIG competition. All other requirements regarding BD, AD, S and R elements as stated in current FIG CoP 2018-2020 are valid for Luxembourg Trophy.
