INVITATION
Dear sport friends!
We have a great pleasure to invite your club to the First international rhythmic gymnastics tournament «UKRAINIAN SPRING CUP».
The competition will be held in Poltava, Ukraine on 4th-6th of April 2014.
SCHEDULE OF TOURNAMENT
Friday, 4th of April – arrival and accommodation of delegation 1 p.m. – technical meeting of judges and coaches 3 p.m. – start of competition Saturday, 5th of April – all-round competition, gala-show 1, award ceremony. Sunday, 6th of April – all-round competition, gala-show 2, award ceremony. 3 p.m. – departure of delegation
COMPETITION HALL
UKRAINE, Poltava, Pushkin str., 82 Sport hall «DINAMO»
ORGANIZER OF TOURNAMENT AND JUDGING
The organizer of tournament is sport club “Advance”. The top manager of spot club is Nataliya Lyagaeva. The main judge will be Ella Karkachova.
DELEGATION
Each delegation will consist of 10 gymnasts, 1 coach, 1 judge.

COSTS:
1. Start payment is 30 EUR for each participating gymnasts. All cost must be paid upon arrival. 2. Transport. Organizer will provide transport for your delegation from Poltava railway to hotel. Also, organizer will provide transport for you delegation from international airport Boryspol or any another airport of Ukraine, but it costs the delegation will have to pay. 3. All other costs delegations are not compensated by the organizers also.
GALA
All gymnasts are welcome to present 1 short exhibition. If you like to take a part in the gala performance, please write an application form with the names of gymnasts and how the performance should be announced.
All gymnasts will be awarded prizes.
COMPETITION PROGRAM
The part in the competition can take gymnasts was born from 1998 to 2008. Please bring with you 4 copies of D form for each exercise of your gymnasts.
