Дорогие Друзья!
Приглашаем Вас принять участие в III-м Международном Турнире по художественной гимнастике «Pécs Cup Hungary », который состоится в Bенгрии 27-28 октября 2012 года!
Dear Friends,
on behalf of the management of the PÉCSI RGSE HUNGARY we would like to invite Your club/federation to our international rhythmic gymnastic competition III. PÉCS CUP, wich will be on 27-28th October 2012.
We first organize also a group competition, hope we can do it in some category. If you think of participating with groups, please let us know it as early as you can. (For any details, about II. Pécs cup see www.pecsirgse.hu!)
If you like to visit a nice town, to participate on a good competition, to receive a lot of presents, medals, cups,
please come to us in autumn!

Friday(30.11.2012): technical meeting
Registration fee for each gymnasts: 30 ? per gymnast / any additional gymnast - 50 euro
Delegation: 1 judge /mandatory/, 1 coach, 4 individual gymnasts
Program: 30 November 2012– arrival of the delegations and accommodation,training,technical meeting
1 December 2012 - judges meeting, individual competition, gala show I,
2 December 2012 – competition finale, gala show II, banquet
3 December 2012 - departure of the delegations.
Awards: competition: all gymnasts – medals and diplomas
The home club covers the cost of the tournament, medals and banquet. The organiser is not covering travelling costs of delegations nor any other expenses made during the stay.
Additional information:
Only the first 10 applications will be accepted for attendance of the competition.
Please bring with you 4 copies (D1&D2) sheets for each apparatus of your gymnasts and take them with you to the judges meeting.
Gala: All Gymnasts are welcomed to participate in gala program with performance of max 3 min.
Photo: A professional photographer, Daniel Palhegyi (www.palhegyi.com ) will participate on our tournament. Every gymnast will have the possibility to buy her photos. (CD with all images of a gymnast = 15 EUR)

14th annual competition of Nevis Cup
Nevis RG would like to invite you to the 14th annual competition of Nevis Cup.
The competition takes place in the village of Staffanstorp in the outskirts of Malmö and Lund in the south of Sweden.
Closest airports; Malmö Airport or Copenhagen Airport
Arrival day: Friday afternoon October 12.
Free training during the evening.
Technical meeting ,Competition Saturday October 13.
Friendship meal: Saturday evening.
Departure day: Sunday morning Sunday October 14.
Categories
Individual Minors ( born- 03 or later) one exercise without apparatus (max 6 diff. with all four bodymovments groups represented.)
Individual Children (born -00 or later) two exercises but free choice of apparatus ( one program without apparatus is ok with at least 2 diff. from each bodymovements group but max 7 points artistics because of no apparatus handling.) With apparatus same norms as for the juniors.
Individual Juniors (born-97 or later) FIG-UEG norms but free choice of apparatus, three routines.
Individual Seniors (born -96 and earlier) FIG norms three routines free choice of apparatus.
Duo: Two gymnast (no age limit) with one routine of own choice (shown twice). (UEG norms for juniorgroup but time 1.15-1.30 min.)
Delegations: May consist of max three individual gymnasts, one duo, one coach and one judge. The accommodation will be in hostfamilies (two or more in each family). You have to pay for extra days or extra persons ( hotel ca 30 euro/person).
Entrance fee: (200 SEK) 20 euro/gymnast/duo to be paid on arrival
Nevis RG will be entiteled to invite the 20 first registrated gymnasts from abroad.

Lunch (hot meal) will be provided by the organisation in the competition hall from Friday until Sunday). Dinner (sandwiches) will be also provided by the organisation from Thursday evening until Saturday evening. On Sunday there will be a banquet in the hotel.
Delegation: Delegations will consist of maximum 5 persons:
§ 3 individual gymnasts (preferably 1 per age category). We hope your best gymnasts will be able to participate in our tournament.
§ 1 judge (pref. international FIG brevet)
§ 1 coach
Only organizing club has the right to enter more than 1 gymnast per category.
Costs:
Accommodation & Meals:
The delegation (5 persons) will have to pay 35€/person/night.
Extra persons and nights are 50€ per person per night (excl. lunch & dinner).
The organiser is not covering travelling costs of delegations nor any other expenses made during the stay.
The organiser is covering all costs for meals of 3 gymnasts, judge and coach from Thursday 25/10 evening (sandwiches) till Monday 29/10 morning (breakfast).
Start Money: Delegations cover the start money 25€ per competing gymnast.
All costs have to be paid upon arrival.
Transport: Organiser will provide transport of your delegation from Brussels International Airport, Brussels South (Charleroi) and the station Gent-St.-Pieters to the hotel and back. The organiser is also providing the transport from the hotel to the competition/training hall and back.
Forms: You can send the forms by e-mail (edwin@happygym.be) or fax before the 12th of October 2012.
Insurance: All delegations are responsible for having the necessary coverage against accidents and illness.
